Whole Season - Pole Vault Training Program
With the benefit of his almost 40 years of pole vaulting experience and insights from leading experts, David Brannan has designed a training program for high school and college athletes. The whole-season training program includes modules for pre-season conditioning, hypertrophy, speed, and in-season training and can be adjusted to accommodate team travel, competitions, and academic schedules. With 4 macrocycles, 11 mesocycles, and 44 microcycles, this program will help you succeed.
